Angry Eagle Apparel Return Policy

At Angry Eagle Apparel, your Satisfaction is Guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with ANY purchase, you may return your unused item(s) within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund.
NOTE: Original packaging is required Coffee Mugs.

We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery date.

Return An Item in 5 Easy Steps

  1. Package up the item(s) to Return
  2. Notify Us of your intent to return item(s) using the “Return An Item” Button below.
  3. We’ll email you back a return shipping label
  4. Affix the Return Label to the package
  5. Drop Off at the nearest Post Office

Please allow 5 business for your refund to be processed once we receive your returned item(s).

Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping costs for returns are Free provided you are returning the item(s) within 30 days of delivery. 

Return instructions and a return shipping label will be provided to you via email upon approval of your return. Return approvals are typically completed within 24 hours.

We do not accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date. Exceptions to this policy are rare, however feel free to contact Customer Support to request an exception. Angry Eagle Apparel will review your exception request and respond with an answer with 3 business days.

Refunds are processed once we receive the Returned Items.

Refunds are issued back to the payment method used (Credit Card, Paypal, etc), typically within a few business days. Some banks many take 3-5 days before the funds are reflected in your account. 

If your return is under review, your refund could be delayed, Angry Eagle Apparel will contact you within 24 hours with the reason for the review and any additional information needed from you to complete our review.

As shipping costs continue to rise, we take pride in keeping our shipping and handling costs Free on every product.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

The delivery times for each product we sell is listed below. This information can also be found on each product page, under the Shipping Costs.

  • T Shirts: 6 – 10 Calendar Days.
  • Tank Tops: 6 – 10 Calendar Days.
  • Hoodies: 8 – 11 Calendar Days.
  • Shirts: 6 – 9 Calendar Days.

You’ll receive a shipping notification via email once your product(s) ship.
*Delivery times can vary due to weather and other unforeseen situations. Angry Eagle Apparel will contact you if your delivery will be delayed.

When your order has been delayed due to Weather or other shipping carrier issues, Angry Eagle Apparel will work with you and the shipping company to resolve the delay. If we are unable to resolve the shipping issue Angry Eagle Apparel will grant you a full refund.

Orders can be cancelled, for a full refund anytime prior to being shipped out.

If your order does not arrive within the delivery time stated on the Shipping Notification please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. 

Angry Eagle Apparel will work with you to track down the shipping status. If we determine the order has been lost in shipping or if your order has not arrived within 5 days after the promised delivery date, you’ll be granted a Full refund.

All returns are subject to approval by Angry Eagle Apparel, approvals are typically complete within 24 hours. Your receive an Email from Customer Support with return details and a link to the prepaid shipping label once your return is approved.
